What you will do
- Drive new business growth through outbound activity and by managing leads from SDR, partnership, and marketing teams.
- Target and position 's benefits to prospects using a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct product demos and close accounts at high velocity.
- Track and report sales progress leveraging the company CRM.
- Collaborate with SDR and marketing teams to refine the target account profile.
- Provide feedback to improve the sales process and the sales tech stack.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales roles.
- Excellent English proficiency (C1+).
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and surpassing KPIs on complex deals.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Experience selling HR or FinTech software is a strong plus.

- Previous experience with Employer of Record (EOR) services.
