Salary: $110,000 - $135,000

What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from initial screening to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers and the Recruiting Lead to define requirements and team goals.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using tactical research, networking, and referrals.
- Analyze pipeline metrics to provide insights and influence hiring strategies.
- Manage external recruiting agencies for niche technical positions.
- Ensure a proactive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles.
- Proven track record of closing top engineering talent.
- Experience hiring for both Engineering and Business Operations domains.
- Must be able to work 4-5 days onsite in Hawthorne, California.
- Strong understanding of engineering skillsets and role requirements.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and various sourcing channels.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a startup or tech environment.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Pave, Asana, or Juicebox.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
