What you will do

• Develop and implement recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
• Administer talent management efforts and employee referral programs.
• Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters, and job boards.
• Oversee the resume tracking system and ensure a consistent corporate image throughout campaigns.
• Analyze and report on hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to senior management.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the recruiting function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of overall work experience.
• At least 5 years of related experience in talent acquisition.
• Must be located in Zapopan, Mexico.
