What you will do

  • Administer health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs for U.S. employees.
  • Manage leave of absence cases using a vendor-supported model, serving as the primary contact for employees and managers.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
  • Coordinate benefits transactions and data integrity across Payroll, People & Culture, and external vendors.
  • Utilize SuccessFactors and ServiceNow to maintain accurate employee records and meet SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of SOPs and benefit administration processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in benefits, leave administration, or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits programs and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS and case management systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
  • Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nice to have

  • CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP certifications.
  • Experience working within a vendor-supported leave administration model.
