Salary: $240,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a named account list, prioritizing inbound leads and conducting direct outbound prospecting to high-potential clients.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including prospecting, contracting, onboarding, growth, and renewals.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales performance metrics.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to align AI solutions with their specific pain points.
  • Conduct high-velocity tailored client evaluations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to tailor AI solutions to client goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using a consultative, value-based methodology.
  • Ability to independently lead a sales cycle and manage a pipeline with strict CRM hygiene.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales involving both executive stakeholders and end-users.
  • Ability to convey technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI applications in knowledge work and the legal profession.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in or adjacent to the Legal industry.
