What you will do

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultative, solution-based Enterprise sales professionals.
  • Own the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of the EMEA sales team.
  • Take accountability for increasing revenue, accurate forecasting, and scaling the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective sales processes and client solutions.
  • Develop and document a sales playbook to enable scalable growth across accounts.
  • Cultivate a culture of development to promote the career growth of direct reports.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of tech sales experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of training and coaching high-performance enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience operating within an early-stage, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to execute complex, multi-threaded sales using a consultative, value-based methodology.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
  • English: B2+ proficiency required for leadership in the EMEA region.
