What you will do
- Manage and grow business through ’s channel partners and distributors.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of partners within a defined geographic territory.
- Proactively engage end-user customers to secure renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Support resellers and distribution partners throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Process sales-related documentation, including quotes, orders, invoices, and trial licenses.
- Record all sales activities and maintain accurate account information in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in French is required.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment (two days per week in-office in Toronto).
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability for up to 10% travel to support partners and attend events.
