TL;DR

Focus on translating complex product capabilities into outcome-driven stories and optimizing the pre/post-sales technical process.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Utah

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS company building simple, efficient software for accounting firms.

What you will do

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations using client data and workflows to showcase value.
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales for technical validation and solution alignment.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives for firm leaders.
  • Configure and customize demo environments to solve specific prospect challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine demo scripts and competitive positioning.
  • Provide structured client feedback to the Product team to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing pre-sales, post-sales, or solution engineering.
  • Must be based in Utah.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills focused on business outcomes.
  • Experience with B2B software or SaaS is preferred.

Hiring process

  • Application review and initial screening.
  • 20-minute phone call with the People Team.
  • 45-60 minute interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • 1-3 additional interview rounds followed by a final interview.
