Location: Must be based in the United States. New hires are required to work onsite at the Columbus, OH office during their first week for onboarding.

What you will do
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to prospective enterprise customers.
- Support Account Executives and Managers with complex workflows, third-party integrations, and technical challenges.
- Act as a primary liaison between the product team and other departments to communicate client needs.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence to influence future product enhancements.
- Develop trusted relationships with prospects to understand the business drivers behind their requirements.
- Participate in on-site demonstrations for enterprise accounts (requiring 10-20% travel).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar professional role.
- Knowledge of or direct experience in software development.
- Practical experience with building or industrial automation systems.
- Proven ability to integrate various software packages effectively.
- Must be located anywhere in the United States.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
