What you will do

• Qualify inbound applicants by thoroughly analyzing job requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to identify, manage, and transition top-tier candidates to recruiters.
• Maintain and tag candidate data accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring teams to develop consistent interview processes and set expectations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
• Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to track and influence the recruiting pipeline.

Requirements

• Currently an active student in the 6th or 7th semester of a Bachelor's in Administration, Talent Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced level in speaking and writing English.
• Ability to work on-site in the Monterrey office.
• Strong interest in learning candidate sourcing techniques.

Nice to have

• Previous HR or recruiting internship experience.
• Experience with email drafting and calendar management.
