What you will do

• Manage the entire invoice collection process to secure timely payments of over $40 million in annual revenue.
• Follow up with customers on open and overdue invoices and handle complex case escalations.
• Coordinate invoice payments with universities, student organizations, and corporate clients.
• Track and report on overall collection metrics.
• Process payments via check, Venmo, and credit cards over the phone.
• Apply discounts and refunds to invoices and identify ways to improve internal processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work US Timings (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
• Customer-centric approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
