What you will do

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections for assigned accounts.
• Reconcile receivable balances and calculate necessary credits for reseller accounts.
• Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison for billing, activations, terminations, and order inquiries.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
• Complete month-end closing tasks to ensure timely invoicing across all accounts.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or collections.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with professional discretion for sensitive financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dynamics AX ERP.
• RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) experience.
