What you will do

• Oversee daily AR operations, including approving invoices, credit memos, and payments across various engagement types.
• Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports, promoting professional development and a collaborative culture.
• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to reconcile payment batches and ensure proper vendor billing.
• Drive cash collection acceleration and manage bad debt reporting.
• Improve departmental efficiency by leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT and enhancing NetSuite AR controls.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of General Ledger accounting experience.
• At least 3 years of managerial or people-leadership experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and current accounting trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
