TL;DR

Business Development Operations Lead (Sales Operations): Supporting early-stage deal cycles and creating customized pitch materials for C-suite clients with an accent on strategic research and stakeholder mapping. Focus on developing compelling client-ready decks and streamlining the business development lifecycle to win new business.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in the New York City area (Office: Tuesday-Thursday, Remote: Monday/Friday)

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 base + bonus and equity

What you will do

  • Support senior Business Development team members throughout the early stages of the deal lifecycle.
  • Prepare high-quality research and customized pitch materials based on specific client business challenges.
  • Research business models, industry news, and prospect profiles across various industries.
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform's value proposition, product, and business model.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, PR, or sales operations.
  • Must be based in the New York City area to accommodate the hybrid work schedule.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for producing intuitive, client-ready business decks and memos.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished materials for C-Suite clients.
  • Strong written communication skills and a self-starter mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
