What you will do

• Drive global paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging AI-powered surfaces like SGE and Perplexity.
• Develop a roadmap that balances Self-Serve KPIs (trial starts, direct conversions) with Sales-Assist KPIs (MQL, SQL, pipeline).
• Own end-to-end campaign management including keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and landing page alignment.
• Build and lead a rigorous A/B testing program for creatives, offers, and audience segments.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Dust) to automate and enhance keyword research, copy generation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and RevOps to ensure accurate attribution across PLG and SLG funnels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on SEM experience in B2B SaaS or dual B2C/B2B environments.
• Proven success managing paid search for both PLG/self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and GA4.
• Track record of managing large budgets with direct accountability for revenue and pipeline outcomes.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into professional workflows to accelerate campaign development.
