What you will do

• Plan and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to drive direct response and new user acquisition.
• Manage full-funnel campaigns including Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, App Install, and Video advertising.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies to exceed client KPIs.
• Execute A/B test experiments and use Google Analytics to derive actionable performance insights.
• Mentor a pod of Coordinators, Associate Managers, and Managers.
• Incorporate LLM-based practices to streamline and improve account management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple client portfolios in the paid search industry.
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets between $50,000 and $500,000 per client.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong ability to present and communicate results to senior-level client contacts.
