Deployment Strategist (AI): Leading the implementation and scaling of conversational AI agents for enterprise customers with an accent on operational design and deployment playbooks. Focus on designing repeatable frameworks, managing complex rollouts, and integrating AI tools to reduce time-to-value.

Location: In-office, San Francisco

Compensation: $150K – $220K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI Agent implementations from kickoff through rollout, driving adoption and business outcomes.
• Design and own the scalable Implementation playbook, including standards for high-quality deployments.
• Create tailored implementation strategies based on each customer's goals and technical environment.
• Identify bottlenecks and introduce automation to improve speed and consistency across implementations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope requirements and feed insights back into the product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementations, consulting, onboarding, or technical project management.
• Proven experience leading complex software or AI implementations with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational instincts and experience building scalable processes or playbooks.
• Must be based in San Francisco to work in-office.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI, automation, or customer service platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Experience building a new function or operating model from the ground up.
• Expertise in using AI tools to transform workflows and increase efficiency.
