• Own technical workstreams and use case execution across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.

• Collaborate across business, product, and engineering stakeholders to ensure successful AI implementations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or customer success.
• Proven ability to own technical workstreams and manage client-facing projects independently.
• Strong technical acumen for building solutions, leading demos, and running user sessions.
• Experience working across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
