Location: Must be based in the US (Bellevue, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, or San Francisco) and work in the office 4+ days per week.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for the advertiser recommendations and incentives platform across all segments.
- Define and evolve the intelligence layer that surfaces the right recommendations and treatments to drive advertiser growth.
- Build data-backed recommendation systems for campaign setup, optimization nudges, and revenue-tied growth levers.
- Design and optimize incentive programs to drive advertiser activation, engagement, and spend milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Measurement, Ranking, Targeting, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
- Leverage A/B testing and data analysis to evaluate recommendation quality and iterate on product performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consumer or digital advertising products, specifically in growth or advertiser-facing roles.
- Experience working on data-backend ad platform products and across various advertiser tiers.
- Strong data fluency and hands-on experience with SQL.
- Proven track record of building advertiser-facing recommendation, alert, or performance intelligence products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and how sales/account management workflows intersect with product data (e.g., Salesforce).
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience.
