Salary: $213,000 – $377,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and operationalize Snapchat's long-term global growth strategy to achieve DAU and MAU targets.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities across engagement, retention, acquisition, and the creator ecosystem.
- Lead strategic analyses to inform executive decision-making and company priorities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to shape roadmaps and design growth experiments.
- Establish and monitor DAU Initiative-level goals, driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Communicate growth performance and recommendations to senior leadership and investors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in growth, business, or product strategy at a consumer technology company.
- Proven track record of driving company-level growth programs with C-suite visibility.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams.
- Strong analytical rigor and comfort with large, complex datasets to diagnose growth drivers.
- AI-first mindset with proficiency using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) to prototype analyses and automate workflows.
- Exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to drive outcomes through influence.
Nice to have
- Experience at a large-scale social platform managing DAU/MAU growth systems.
- Track record with product-led growth mechanisms (notifications, recommendation systems, onboarding).
- Deep familiarity with large-scale A/B testing frameworks and performance analysis.
- Experience with international market expansion and geo-specific monetization dynamics.
