Location: Must be based in the US (Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle); office attendance required 4+ days per week.

Salary: $178,000 – $313,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Lead Gen advertiser-facing products to drive growth.
  • Define and evolve the product approach, including privacy-resilient solutions and measurement roadmap alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders across Formats, Ranking, Targeting, and PMM to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Optimize the advertiser experience across campaign creation and management to improve performance outcomes.
  • Engage with Sales, advertisers, and Support to identify challenges and market opportunities.
  • Drive informed product decisions using A/B testing and quantitative experimentation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company (or Masters + 4 years).
  • Deep expertise in lead generation and a track record of building ad products that drive revenue at scale.
  • Strong systems thinking regarding the ads stack, 3P integrations, and auction mechanics (bidding, targeting).
  • Analytical fluency in SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio, including statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with Small Medium Businesses (SMB).
  • Must be based in the US and work from the office 4+ days per week.
