Salary: $202,000 – $270,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve the product strategy for conversion-focused ML systems to optimize ad performance and user engagement.
• Design experimentation plans to evaluate model improvements and product hypotheses using structured testing.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to refine prediction systems, ranking models, and optimization frameworks.
• Translate complex model performance signals into actionable product decisions across campaigns and verticals.
• Continuously refine the product roadmap based on data insights, experiment results, and system behavior at scale.
• Partner with engineering and analytics teams to ensure robust measurement frameworks and scalable ML infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in product management or data-driven product development.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with ML engineers on technical products.
• Strong background in mathematics, computer science, machine learning, or related quantitative disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and basic proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Location: Must be based in the United States
