TL;DR

Staff Product Manager (AdTech): Leading the strategy, roadmap, and growth of Snap's brand advertising business with an accent on immersive, creative-first experiences. Focus on developing dedicated solutions for key brand verticals and evolving upper- and mid-funnel advertising tools.

Location: Must be based in Bellevue, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. Work format: Hybrid (office 4+ days per week)

Salary: $195,000–$343,000 annually (depending on pay zone)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for brand advertising products across Snapchat.
  • Develop dedicated solutions for brand verticals including CPG, Retail, Entertainment, Automotive, Technology, and Financial Services.
  • Evolve the approach to upper- and mid-funnel advertising to drive awareness, engagement, and brand lift.
  • Partner with Measurement, Creative Tools, AR, and Product Marketing teams to build differentiated advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and strategic advertisers to identify market needs and influence roadmap investments.
  • Represent Snap with executive stakeholders, agencies, and industry partners to shape the future of brand advertising.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer technology, digital advertising, or marketing technology product management.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising, brand marketing, and media platforms.
  • Familiarity with brand measurement methodologies (brand lift studies, MMM, incrementality testing).
  • Experience with brand advertising formats across social, video, creator, or AR platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving product strategy in a cross-functional environment.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with Fortune 500 brands and global agency holding companies.
  • Deep expertise in specific advertiser verticals like CPG, Retail, Entertainment, or Automotive.
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, immersive media, and emerging advertising technologies.
