Focus on identifying productivity gains, overseeing large-scale rollouts to engineers, and pioneering the playbook for AI agent integration.

Location: On-site in Singapore

What you will do

  • Identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity and financial impact for customers.
  • Design and build the operating and delivery models for implementing agentic AI across strategic accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior and functional leaders, delivering transformation programs.
  • Oversee onboarding and deployment of AI tools to thousands of engineers.
  • Maintain customer trust and visibility on playbook implementation and consumption metrics.
  • Build centers of excellence within accounts and lead tailored enablement programs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • Practical experience as a Software Engineer (intern or full-time).
  • 3-5 years of experience at a Big 3 strategy consulting firm with a focus on technology strategy and value realization.
  • Proven track record of building and expanding client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive and learn exceptionally fast in ambiguous, high-intensity environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
  • Prior experience as a Software Engineer, SE, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Experience as a startup founder or early-stage employee at a high-growth company.
