Technology Delivery Lead (AI)

Location: Singapore; travel required up to 25%; relocation is not provided.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital, data, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Translate strategic business goals into executable delivery plans with product managers, stakeholders, architects, engineers, and external partners.
• Manage delivery governance, roadmaps, release planning, dependencies, risks, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, compliance, data, scalability, and operational-readiness standards.
• Define delivery metrics and value-realization measures, while providing executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive adoption, organizational change, and product-centric ways of working across functions and operating units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading technology delivery, digital transformation, product implementation, or enterprise technology programs, preferably across commercial and marketing technology domains.
• Technical fluency in cloud architecture and modernization, enterprise integration and APIs, CIAM, MarTech, consumer or customer data platforms, DevOps/CI-CD, digital operations, and messaging platforms.
• Experience with emerging AI technologies, including GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Ability to evaluate architecture, scalability, resiliency, security, integration, operational readiness, and technology trade-offs.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, risk management, organizational change, business adoption, and value-realization skills.
