What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers to scope and ship high-quality AI agents.
• Design and refine conversational AI agents based on customer insights.
• Drive the execution and delivery of complex, high-visibility development projects.
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide data-driven strategic insights to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure clear communication and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cantonese is required to support interactions with Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

• MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations.
