Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Australia, Singapore, or Japan; approximately 35% travel is anticipated for customer and team meetings.

What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals, and value drivers.
• Translate customer requirements into future-state architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Design intelligent customer engagement experiences combining voice, messaging, AI agents, human-assisted agents, and workflows.
• Deliver tailored software demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Address technical objections, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and partner with Account Executives to support deal closures.

Requirements

• Understanding of cloud computing, cPaaS, and AI.
• Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, interpersonal, and consensus-building skills.
• Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work remotely from Australia, Singapore, or Japan.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35%.
