Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Security)

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Act as the primary post-sales technical contact for customer engineering and security teams.
• Develop implementation plans that help customers reach first time to value quickly and reliably.
• Identify blockers, misaligned expectations, and skill gaps, escalating risks when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, Support, and Development on handoffs, issue triage, and knowledge sharing.
• Create reusable technical guides, implementation templates, internal runbooks, and customer feedback for roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
• Experience building or deploying AI systems and applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.
• Experience leading on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS deployments.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with a proactive and self-directed approach in high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML or cybersecurity products.
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
