What you will do
- Define and execute the full commercial strategy and P&L ownership for the government market.
- Build and scale a world-class enterprise sales organization and high-velocity channel partnerships.
- Identify, negotiate, and close transformational multi-year agreements with government agencies.
- Serve as the commercial integrator across product, clinical, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
- Shape the commercial narrative and drive category creation in the healthcare AI market.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing commercial organization spanning sales, partnerships, and revenue operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Palo Alto office five days a week.
- 15-20+ years of progressive commercial leadership (VP Sales, CRO, CCO) in high-growth tech or healthcare.
- Proven track record of selling into federal, state, or local government agencies and navigating public sector procurement.
- Exceptional executive presence with experience influencing board-level decisions and closing nine-figure deals.
- Proven ability to recruit and lead world-class commercial teams in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (MBA preferred).
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a CCO, CRO, or President of a healthcare AI, digital health, or health IT company.
- Experience scaling commercial operations in government/public sector channels.
- Knowledge of FDA, CMS, or state-level regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML product commercialization and value-based care models.
