Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop hirify.global's SEO & AEO strategy from the ground up to drive organic discovery.
• Define and optimize visibility within AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Build agentic AI systems for content pipelines, programmatic page generation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Execute programmatic SEO/AEO at a global scale across various markets and languages.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical SEO, site architecture, schema, and localization infrastructure.
• Align with performance marketing to optimize keyword targeting and landing page strategies.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving non-branded demand at scale.
• Hands-on experience in AEO with a clear strategy for winning share of voice in AI engines.
• Deep technical SEO skills including crawling, indexation, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with programmatic SEO at a meaningful scale.
• Eligibility to work in the US and ability to work on-site in NYC.
• Strong communication and measurement skills for reporting impact to stakeholders.
