What you will do

• Translate local marketing strategies into actionable market-level initiatives for acquisition and retention.
• Execute Local Authority strategies including local SEO, AEO, and Google Business Profile management.
• Develop and maintain marketing playbooks, templates, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, PR, Sales, and Government Affairs.
• Support the adoption of enterprise AI tools to enhance content development and reporting efficiency.
• Track performance metrics and provide leadership updates on market-level progress and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in local marketing, marketing strategy, or marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of local SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital discoverability.
• Proven ability to manage marketing programs from planning through execution and optimization.
• Experience translating complex initiatives into clear executive communications and business cases.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Must be able to travel up to 15-20% for site visits and team meetings.
