TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote)

Salary: $155,000 – $175,000 per year

hirify.global is an AI-powered revehirify.global architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revehirify.global lifecycle management into a single system for enterprise companies.

What you will do

  • Design and own the integrated demand architecture across paid, organic, and earned channels as a cohesive system.
  • Lead the comprehensive rebuild of the company website, focusing on information architecture, persona mapping, and conversion paths.
  • Establish and scale an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) program to ensure high visibility across LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
  • Execute and optimize SEM, paid social, and ABX air cover with a strict focus on pipeline ratio and ROAS.
  • Utilize AI tools and agentic workflows to operate as a force multiplier in marketing execution.
  • Define and implement defensible measurement frameworks for both direct and dark funnel attribution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS with an enterprise motion.
  • Recent, hands-on expertise in AEO and LLM visibility (Must-have).
  • Proven mastery of SEM, SEO, paid social, and conversion optimization fundamentals.
  • Experience leading website rebuilds and conversion architecture.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong instinct for AI tooling and a bias toward action and autonomy.
