What you will do

• Lead the web roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with site maintenance and reliability.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across marketing, design, and growth engineering to ship web changes.
• Manage the CMS and tooling stack, ensuring efficient operations and vendor relationships.
• Execute a CRO program across key pages to drive sign-ups, product adoption, and pipeline.
• Define and track web performance metrics to measure traffic, engagement, and downstream impact.
• Own technical and content SEO strategy to capture and convert high-intent developer traffic.

Requirements

• Deep fluency in web architecture, technical foundations, and operational discipline.
• Analytical rigor with the ability to instrument metrics and use data for decision-making.
• Strong instincts for communicating credibly with technical developer audiences.
• Experience as a strategic operator, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
• Ability to build alignment and collaborate across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.
