What you will do

• Oversee the daily performance and operation of enterprise-level software applications.
• Act as a liaison between technology teams, support teams, business units, and senior management.
• Define business requirements and system goals by collaborating with decision makers and end users.
• Analyze root causes for reported system issues and develop strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth system, integration, and customer acceptance testing.
• Manage external software vendors and handle contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting software applications and software development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Access.
• Experience with retail applications and IT business practices.
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance (QA) and SDLC methodologies.
