Salary: $85K – $95K + $20K Commission

What you will do
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth for an assigned book of business.
- Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders to align organizational priorities and objectives.
- Execute actionable success plans based on structured discovery of partner goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with the Partner Sales Team to generate pipeline and advance non-renewal booking opportunities.
- Own the renewal forecast, track account health, and develop mitigation plans for at-risk accounts.
- Partner with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to optimize product adoption and the overall partner experience.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or customer success, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing partner portfolios with direct accountability for retention and revenue KPIs.
- Strong operational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple accounts using data-informed insights.
- Technical proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), LTI, and APIs.
