is a company seeking a Case Management Coordinator to identify, evaluate, and engage top-tier industry experts for complex legal cases.
What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries, ensuring clients feel supported.
- Maintain and organise the Research Team’s SharePoint folders.
- Coordinate and manage Preliminary Teleconference (PTC) scheduling between lawyers and experts.
- Maintain accurate records of law firms, lawyers, and experts to support efficient workflows.
- Draft clear and comprehensive handover notes to support the Case Management team.
- Provide regular email updates to experts on matter progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Proficient in CRM systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with multicultural teams and international stakeholders.
