What you will do

  • Own end-to-end execution of enterprise and SMB marketing campaigns, including deployment and performance reporting.
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional project manager, keeping stakeholders aligned and campaigns on track.
  • Manage creative workflows by briefing designers and contractors, tracking feedback, and ensuring final delivery.
  • Customize and update sales and patient-facing assets, including decks, one-pagers, and co-branded materials.
  • Act as a final quality-control checkpoint for all marketing communications and campaign assets.
  • Maintain internal data hubs and support content production, including the use of AI writing tools.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in an execution-focused role at a startup, agency, or high-growth company.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience executing email marketing programs, including list management and performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with designers and creative contractors to drive deliverables to completion.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or AI content tools.
  • Background in both B2B (practice-facing) and B2C (patient-facing) marketing.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials.
