What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of enterprise and SMB marketing campaigns, including deployment and performance reporting.
- Serve as the primary cross-functional project manager, keeping stakeholders aligned and campaigns on track.
- Manage creative workflows by briefing designers and contractors, tracking feedback, and ensuring final delivery.
- Customize and update sales and patient-facing assets, including decks, one-pagers, and co-branded materials.
- Act as a final quality-control checkpoint for all marketing communications and campaign assets.
- Maintain internal data hubs and support content production, including the use of AI writing tools.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in an execution-focused role at a startup, agency, or high-growth company.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience executing email marketing programs, including list management and performance reporting.
- Proven ability to coordinate with designers and creative contractors to drive deliverables to completion.
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or fintech.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or AI content tools.
- Background in both B2B (practice-facing) and B2C (patient-facing) marketing.
- Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials.
