What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver critical product launches on time and within scope.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while mitigating risks.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations for seamless GTM execution.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered project management tools (e.g., Claude Enterprise) to streamline workflows and forecast risks.
• Drive post-launch evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven expertise in go-to-market (GTM) execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in B2B SaaS is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management (PMP or equivalent preferred).
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude Enterprise for synthesis, risk registers, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in vertical SaaS, manufacturing technology, or PE-backed environments.
• Advanced certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile Practitioner.
