Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, CA (3 days/week in office)

Salary: $145,000–$155,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an AI-driven financial operations platform revolutionizing the procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle for over 1,800 customers.

What you will do

• Own the ERP integration domain, managing bugs, enhancements, and customer-facing issues between hirify.global and customer ERP systems.
• Act as 3rd-level support for complex issues involving ERP behavior, accounting workflows, and P2P execution.
• Define functional requirements for integration fixes, missing data flows, and sync issues for the Engineering team.
• Partner with Product to ensure ERP integration changes do not negatively impact other modules or workflows.
• Design and improve workflows where AI agents support issue intake, investigation, and escalation summaries.
• Lead complex escalations and identify recurring patterns to recommend scalable improvements to integration behavior.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or integration.
• Proficiency in leading ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of P2P workflows, including approvals, PO/non-PO flows, coding, and matching.
• Ability to translate ERP behavior into clear functional requirements for Engineering.
• Strong practical experience with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting P2P, AP automation, or financial workflow platforms.
• Experience with ERP integrations in multi-entity or multi-subsidiary environments.
• Familiarity with integration logs, API-based workflows, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience building AI agents for case management and analysis.
