What you will do

• Lead analytics engineering within the Consumer organization to improve data quality, performance, and reliability.
• Act as data steward by architecting data collection and creating ETLs and reporting dashboards for product tracking and A/B testing.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation.
• Create and drive adoption of internal tools to streamline data analysis and reporting.
• Enable data self-service to foster a data-driven culture across the company.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to data scientists and technical partners.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, applied mathematics, economics, or physics.
• 4+ years of experience working with large-scale ETL systems and building maintainable code in production (Python preferred).
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and Scala.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and patterns for efficient data governance.
• Experience with data workflows (e.g., Airflow) and data visualization/dashboard design.
• Must be based in the United States.
