What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology requisitions, focusing on cybersecurity, engineering, and technology while supporting broader organization needs.
• Proactively source and engage passive and active technical talent using creative strategies, networking, and market research.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to provide talent market insights, optimize processes, and influence hiring decisions.
• Build and track pipelines, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely interview evaluations and next steps.
• Act as a brand ambassador to enhance employer branding and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
• Structure competitive offer packages in collaboration with Compensation team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferably in-house) in a high-growth environment
• Experience executing full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, assessment, and closing
• Proven success hiring technical talent in software engineering, cybersecurity, AI/ML
• Proficiency with ATS like Greenhouse, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Collaborative mindset with adaptability to pivot between functions
