What you will do

• Execute and deliver HR processes, services, and solutions to ensure operational excellence for assigned managers and employees.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support managers and employees through annual performance management processes and day-to-day case management.
• Drive employee growth and retention through compensation planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding strategies.
• Collaborate with the HR Service Center to streamline service delivery and ensure compliance with EMEA labor laws.
• Utilize HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making for the region.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proven success in managing employee relations with a focus on fairness, consistency, and compliance.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit EMEA field offices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
