Specialist Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP): Driving operational excellence and executing talent-focused initiatives in partnership with business leaders with an accent on aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Focus on streamlining core HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and providing high-impact support across the employee lifecycle.

Location: Onsite in Burbank, CA

What you will do

  • Provide proactive HR support, prioritizing time-sensitive business needs with urgency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to innovate, simplify, and improve core HR processes.
  • Partner with COEs in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and L&D to support designated business divisions.
  • Deliver HR administrative support ensuring data integrity and consistent process adherence.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and internal policies to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Promote an inclusive workplace culture and administer employee relations processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation, and compliance.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Burbank, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, and Lucid.
