What you will do

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees across EMEA, fostering transparency and empathy.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements in Europe, specifically Germany, the UK, and France.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance processes, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace policies, benefits, and HR processes.
• Drive HR initiatives independently and ensure timely execution within a dynamic setting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and global HR teams to implement scalable processes and align with local regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner with full-scope HR responsibility.
• Strong expertise in German labor law and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with the employee lifecycle and GDPR compliance.
• Proven ability to navigate change and ambiguity in a global, fast-paced environment.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Location: Must be located in Munich.

• Knowledge of UK, France, and other EU regulations.
• Fluency in German or additional European languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
