What you will do

• Act as a strategic sparring partner for business areas to translate needs into effective company-wide People strategies.
• Analyze business units to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, turning insights into concrete actions.
• Collaborate with the Works Council and negotiate framework agreements (Betriebsvereinbarungen).
• Implement People initiatives focused on leadership development, performance, and company culture.
• Support organizational change processes during growth, restructuring, or acquisitions.
• Ensure consistent and pragmatic application of People standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner with strategic exposure.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and practical experience in its application.
• Proven track record of leading People projects from concept to rollout.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in handling challenging stakeholder discussions.
• Business fluency in German and English is required.
