What you will do

• Partner with global BPs and local leaders to plan and execute complex HR programs and initiatives.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Bulgarian labor law and lead site HR activities.
• Analyze regional employee engagement results and implement data-driven improvement efforts.
• Advise managers on performance assessments, feedback programs, and managing underperformance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
• Support the M&A lifecycle, including HR due diligence, documentation, and integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• 6+ years of experience in a regional HR role.
• Experience collaborating across time zones and cultures within a global organization.
• Proven track record of handling complex employee relations matters.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
