What you will do

• Design and execute a multi-year referral growth strategy across healthcare, food, and retail partnership verticals.
• Lead the identification and structuring of high-value partnerships with FQHCs, CHCs, pharma, and hospital systems.
• Provide executive oversight for food vendor partnerships and marketplace strategy with national retailers like Walmart, Amazon, and Instacart.
• Oversee community engagement and field teams to drive awareness and enrollment in high-density markets.
• Build operational infrastructure including CRM-based pipelines, performance tracking, and forecasting methodologies.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and product teams to ensure partnership structures align with clinical quality and member experience.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, with at least 6 years in healthcare or digital health.
• 5+ years of management experience with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep familiarity with the SDOH ecosystem (FQHCs, CHCs, food banks, and platforms like FindHelp/UniteUs).
• Demonstrated track record of building partnership ecosystems with measurable enrollment or revenue outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or MPH strongly preferred.
