What you will do
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure with pharma and biotech clients.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the US and EU markets.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with high-value clients and C-level stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Solutions, and Product teams to refine pitches.
- Provide market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and product development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within the CRO sector.
- Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and a strong network in the US or EU biopharma ecosystem.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US, EU, and internationally.
