What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, fostering strong relationships across various business disciplines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Project Management, and Production teams to deliver integrated work across TV, digital, social, and OOH.
• Translate client needs into inspiring agency briefs and champion the development of high-quality creative work.
• Manage internal project checkpoints, including legal clearance, talent management, and business affairs.
• Provide essential client-service administration, such as status reports, competitor trend analyses, and logistics coordination.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Assistant Account Executives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related field.
• Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid setup).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Keynote and PDF.
• Superior language and grammar skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively while remaining resourceful.
