TL;DR

Client Sales Associate (Healthcare): Supporting revenue growth by prospecting new clients and expanding existing brand relationships within the digital health sector with an accent on client research and sales operations. Focus on managing the early-funnel pipeline in Salesforce, developing proposals, and coordinating sales activity from lead to contract.

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (plus variable compensation up to $12,000)

What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end sales activities and secure initial meetings with new pharmaceutical brands.
  • Conduct independent brand research and outreach for target accounts.
  • Support the sales process through pricing, proposal development, and contracting.
  • Maintain full ownership of the New Business early-funnel pipeline within Salesforce.com.
  • Foster long-term client relationships to ensure high renewal rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP and SVP of sales as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales support, account management, communications, or marketing.
  • Must be able to be in person for some client meetings and team events in New York City.
  • Strong hunter mindset, initiative-taking, and self-motivation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce.
